EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

With all green enthusiasts all over the world, Carbon Credit Network in conjunction with Carbon Exchange Trade organised a one-day Earth Day conversation! 
The theme of this year's celebration was: WHAT WOULD YOU DO OR SAY TO SAVE THE WORLD?
Apart from being a media event, many Nigerians, both young and old had the opportunity to listen to specialists in the field who delivered lectures on various topics. They included but were not limited to the following;

i) Sustainable Earth, Renewable Energy and Business Opportunities, anchored by the CEO SMEFUNDS, Mr. Femi Oye.

ii) "What else would you individually like to do to improve the earth?" anchored by the CEO of ARARAT JODI Consult, in the person of Green Ambassador Mrs. Irene Adepitan.

iii) Green Growth: Sustaining Agriculture & Food Security anchored by the CEO of AgroNigeria, Mr. Richard-Mark Mbaram.

iv) Sustainable Earth & Environmental Sanitation: A Culture of Environmental Discipline in Nigeria, anchored by Dr. Paul Abolo, CEO Ecologists.

v) Credit Earnings from Carbon Business anchored by Mr. Myke Ologunoye, SMEFUNDS

vi) Fresh Breath: Earth without Carbon Emission, anchored by Mr. Innocent Azih, Carbon Exchange Trade.

vii) Sustainable Earth Debate: Education vs Ignorance, anchored by Mrs. Funmi Olori, the CEO of iRead.

wow! it was an eyeopening event with everybody going home to contribute their quota in saving mother earth.

* Turn off the air conditioner and use a fan
*Always turn off lights when you leave a room
* Use your curtain to help control the temperature in your home
* Turn off your computer when you arent using it
*Plant a garden or a tree!
